New for employers

Every applicant. Every stage. One place.

The Applicants page shows everyone who applied to any of your jobs, sorted by where they are in your hiring — from first video to first shift.

Nobody gets lost

Everyone who applied to any of your jobs sits in one list. No more digging job by job to find the person you liked last week.

Always know what's next

Each applicant has a stage, so you can see at a glance who still needs a look, who you're interviewing and who has an offer.

Reach out when you're ready

Save someone and their email address unlocks, so you can get in touch the moment you're interested.

First, the stages

Every applicant has a stage.

A stage is simply where someone is in your hiring. You change it yourself as you go, so the list always shows who's where.

  1. To review

New applicants, plus anyone you've watched but haven't decided on.

  2. Saved

Your shortlist. Their email address unlocks here.

  3. Interview

People you want to talk to.

  4. Offer

    New

    You've offered them the job.

  5. Hired

    New

They said yes. Welcome to the team.

  6. Not moving forward

Not the right fit this time. They're never sent a rejection email.

How to use it

How it works, step by step.

What you'll do on the Applicants page, from the first application to your new hire.

  1. 1

New applicants land in To review

When someone applies to one of your jobs, they show up on the Applicants page — click Applicants in the menu on the left. Everyone starts in To review, which just means you haven't decided on them yet.

  2. 2

Watch their video, then pick a stage

Click the video to watch their 60-second intro. Then use the dropdown next to them to say what happens next: Saved if you like them, Interview if you want to talk, or Not moving forward if they're not a fit.

  3. 3

Move them along as hiring goes on

Each time things progress, change the dropdown again: Interview, then Offer, then Hired. Picked the wrong one? Click Undo on the message that pops up, or change it back. To move several people at once, tick the box beside each of them.

  4. 4

Use the tabs to find anyone

The tabs along the top group people by stage, with a count on each. In progress shows everyone you're still considering — Saved, Interview and Offer. To see one job only, choose it from the All jobs menu, or search by name.

Try it

Now try it yourself

Use a dropdown to change someone's stage, then click the tabs to see where they landed.

Common questions

Does changing a stage email the applicant?
Only for Saved and Interview, and only if you keep those emails switched on. Offer, Hired and Not moving forward never send an email. Choose which emails go out.
Can I move someone back a stage?
Yes. Stages go both ways, so you can move anyone back to To review or Saved if plans change.
What happens if someone withdraws?
They move to Withdrawn on their own. Only the applicant can withdraw, so you can't change their stage after that.
Does it cost extra?
No. The pipeline is part of every employer plan.
