Forster Landscaping is looking for a dependable Landscape Maintenance Lead Hand to lead a crew servicing high-end strata properties throughout the Lower Mainland. What You’ll Do * Lead a crew of 2–5 team members on daily maintenance routes. * Ensure properties are maintained to a high standard. * Perform mowing, edging, trimming, pruning, blowing, weeding, and seasonal cleanups. * Train and motivate crew members. * Complete daily work efficiently and safely. * Communicate with management regarding site conditions and customer requests. * Operate trucks, trailers, and landscaping equipment. * Maintain a clean, organized work vehicle and equipment. What We’re Looking For * 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience. * Previous leadership or crew lead experience. * Valid Class 5 driver’s licence with a clean driving record. * Ability to drive a truck and trailer (an asset). * Strong work ethic and attention to detail. * Positive attitude and ability to lead by example. * Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions. * Able to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work throughout the day.
