Sales Representative – Forster Landscaping Forster Landscaping is looking for a motivated, relationship-driven Sales Representative to help grow our commercial landscaping and snow-removal divisions. We are an established landscaping company with more than 20 years of experience serving strata corporations, property managers and commercial properties throughout the Lower Mainland. This position is ideal for someone who understands relationship-based sales and is comfortable developing new business directly with property managers, strata councils and commercial-property decision-makers. Responsibilities * Build relationships with property managers, strata councils and commercial clients * Identify properties requiring landscaping, snow removal and enhancement services * Generate leads through calls, emails, networking and in-person visits * Arrange property walkthroughs and collect information required for quotes * Follow up on proposals and guide prospective clients through the sales process * Maintain an organized pipeline of leads, quotes and upcoming contract opportunities * Help grow recurring landscaping and seasonal snow-removal contracts * Identify additional opportunities with existing clients, including planting, mulch, pruning, cleanups and landscape improvements * Work with our operations team to ensure proposed services can be delivered successfully
